History
1925
In 1925, Bucyrus Country Club was founded. The course looked much different: offering only 9 holes with an altered layout and none of the restaurants, shops, and barns we see today, with just a home on the land. The original holes being the current #1, 7-12, and 17.

1992 - The Serafin Expansion
In 1992, the club hired New Albany-based architect Barry Serafin. His task was to blend nine brand-new holes into the existing landscape to create a championship 18-hole experience. This expansion fundamentally changed the layout and strategic demand of the course, introducing the more complex "position play" style it’s known for today.
